Tempted were on the road last week as we headed to The Silver Springs Moran Hotel Cork for two days for the Curvy Girls fashion show in association with The Girls Club Cork and also to launch the start of our pop up shop “Tempted Pops up”. The Fashion show was a huge success with an atmosphere to kill. All the models were absolutely brilliant and worked their magic on the run way as though they were doing it for years. The buzz around the place was electric and everyone was on top form on the night and loving what Tempted had to offer the women of Cork.We would like to say a huge thank you to all our stunning models who did an amazing job showing off Tempteds latest collection you did us proud x

We had plenty of rest that night at the Hotel and were ready for action the next day,as we set up our Pop up shop in the convention centre.The whole day was a great success and we were delighted to see so many Tempted ladies in Cork come in and shop. We had a great few days and loved every minute of Tempting the ladies of Cork.

Tempted took to the sunny streets of Dublin city centre last week as we featured some of our gorgeous new Spring/Summer looks on Tv3′s Xpose. We could not of asked for a nicer day Weather wise as our Fabulous as always models Vicki Mooney and Jean-Callaghan Barrett hit the boardwalk to “Tempt” all the curvy viewers of Ireland.

We want to say a big thank you to Cathy O’ Connor who was the stylist on the shoot,and as always did a brilliant job letting the viewers know how to work their Tempted Wardrobe,also to Xpose Presenter Lisa Cannon who did a great job putting the show together .

The sun didn’t stop shinning throughout the day and either did our models so thanks girls you did us proud,and after a great day shooting it was another successful day for Tempted with Xpose and we hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did xx

THE TV3 stylist and presenter Lisa Fitzpatrick  will host a special fashion show in Whites Hotel on Friday, February 24 at 8 p.m.

Professional models the Andrew Roche Model Agency will take to the catwalk in outfits from various Wexford shops including The Closet, Frock, Empress, Essee, Tempted, Wallis (Shaws), Precis (Shaws) and Chemical Affliction

Tickets at €10 each can be bought from any of the participating shops and from Piercesional national school which will receive the profits from the show.

Tara Byrne, owner of The Closet and one of the organisers of the fashion event said it aims to put the spotlight on local clothing shops and what thety have to offer.

‘If shops keep closing down, people will go elsewhere and the knock-on effect will be more shops closing’, said Tara whose own North Main Street boutique was featured on the TV 3 programme ‘Save Our Shops’.

‘My shop was near to closing last September until the programme came along,’ said Tara.

‘One of the many things I’ve learned from the experience is to push myself more than normal, even if it’s out of my comfort zone.’

‘And when you’re on a roll, keep pushing the ball and it will roll even further.’

Tara said the fashion show will appeal to all ages, sizes and budgets.
